What data we collect

We only collect personal data when you voluntarily use the contact form:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Company or venue, optionally.
• Message content.

We do not request other personal data through this website.

How we use your data

We use this data solely to receive your enquiry, reply to you and maintain the communications needed in connection with it. We do not use data submitted through the form for newsletters, advertising, profiling or unsolicited commercial communications.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is handling the request or enquiry you make voluntarily and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Contact form

The form uses Web3Forms as a technical provider to process and deliver the information to our email inbox.

EnPlancê does not store form messages in a database of its own. Web3Forms may nevertheless retain submissions temporarily according to its configuration and data-retention policy.

Retention

We will keep received emails for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the related conversation and, afterwards, for any periods required to meet applicable legal obligations.

Data processed by Web3Forms is also subject to the retention period configured for that service.

Recipients

To run the form and receive messages we use technology providers that may process data on behalf of EnPlancê:

• Web3Forms, for processing and sending the form.
• Our email provider, for receiving and storing the messages.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated metrics on site usage and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics works without tracking cookies and does not individually track visitors for analytics purposes.

Fonts

Site fonts (Fraunces and Source Sans 3) are served from this domain. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or other third-party font servers.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, as well as restriction of processing, object to processing, or exercise the right to data portability where applicable. You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
